NAIDOC Week 2024

NAIDOC WEEK 2025

Will be held from Sunday 6 July through to Sunday 13 July 2025. This week celebrates the history, culture and achievement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The NAIDOC Week 2025 theme is ‘Keep The Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’. This is quite a different from the theme in 2023, which was ‘For Our Elders’. It was chosen to reflect the important role that elders play in the lives of Indigenous Australians.

NAIDOC Week 2025 is all about celebrating Indigenous culture and identity without any apology. It’s going to be a time for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People to showcase their heritage, and for Australians of different ethnic backgrounds to learn.
