Claron Estate Land Lease

The Council is inviting expression of interest for land lease of Claron Estate, Rinkin Street, Cootamundra for sheep grazing only.
The land consist of 54 acres and may only be used for the purpose of grazing sheep for a 12 month period.
Interested parties must complete and submit the ‘Expression of Interest- Claron Estate Land Lease’ form to Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council.
Forms can be submitted at:

b) Gundagai Council Office – 255 Sheridan Street, Gundagai

Submissions must be submitted by Friday 9th August 2024 by 4pm.
Following the closing date, successful submissions will be notified by phone and receive a follow-up letter. Unsuccessful submissions will be notified by writing within 21 days of closing date.

Vehicle Expression of Interest

Description & photos of impounded vehicles 

Council is inviting expression of interest for the purchase of the following impounded vehicles.
Lot 2 – 19 located at the Cootamundra Depot
Lot 20 – 23 located at the Gundagai Depot
Interested parties must complete and submit the ‘Expression of Interest- Motor Vehicle’ form

Please note that one form must be completed for each vehicle of interest.
Viewing of the Vehicles at the Cootamundra Depot – Bradman Street, Cootamundra will be:
Wednesday 24th July 10am – 2pm
Saturday 27th July 10am – 2pm
Viewing of the Vehicles at the Gundagai Depot will be:
Tuesday 23rd July  10am – 2pm
EOI’s must be submitted by Friday 2nd August 2024 by 4pm
Following the closing date, successful submissions will be notified by phone and receive a follow up letter. Buyers must pay for and collect the vehicles at their own expense within 14 days of being notified of their successful submission.
Unsuccessful submissions will be notified by writing within 21 days of closing date.

Vehicles are sold ‘as is,’ without any warranty or guarantees.
