From the office of the Mayor;

So as to keep Councillors and the community aware of my engagements on behalf of Council I intend to provide regular updates through my Mayoral Minutes. These Minutes will also include copies of relevant correspondence received.

Tuesday 27 March
I met with Elizabeth Tickler from Central West Lifestyle magazine to discuss a proposal for Council to be part of a future edition of the well known magazine to show off the many tourist attractions in our region.

Wednesday 28 March
Councillor Bowden attended a Riverina Regional Library meeting in Wagga Wagga

Thursday 29 March
Councillors Palmer and Stewart attended the Wallendbeen Baldry Shield Sports Day and

Councillors McAlister (Mayor), Bowden, Kelly, Stewart and Sheahan attended a meeting in Stockinbingal with members of the local community to answer questions on Council business

Wednesday 4 April
Councillor’s Palmer (Deputy Mayor) and Nicholson attended a Public Speaking Workshop with Council staff facilitated by Helen Everingham in Gundagai

Thursday 5 April
Councillors Bowden and Sheahan attended a Public Speaking Workshop with Council staff facilitated by Helen Everingham in Cootamundra

Monday 9 April
Councillor Sheahan attended a meeting with the Muttama Creek Regeneration Group

Tuesday 10 April
Councillors Palmer (Deputy Mayor), Bowden, Graham, Kelly, Nicholson, Phillips, and Sheahan attended a Councillor Budget Workshop

Wednesday 11 April
Councillors Bowden and Nicholson met with members of the Tourism Action Group in Gundagai
Councillors Palmer and Stewart attended the Seniors Week morning tea in the Stephen Ward Rooms at Cootamundra

Thursday 12 April
Councillors Bowden and Nicholson attended the Seniors Week morning tea at Gundagai
Councillor Sheahan attended a Rail Trail meeting in Gundagai

Thursday 19 April
Councillors Bowden and Sheahan attended a Tourism Action Group meeting in Cootamundra
Councillor Bowden attended a committee meeting at the Cootamundra Creative Arts and Cultural Centre

Friday 20 April
In My stead Councillor Palmer (Deputy Mayor) is attending Illabo Siding in anticipation of an announcement of the new Inland Rail.
