Senior residents across the Local Government Area (LGA) can look forward to several events being held to celebrate Seniors Week 2023.
Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council (CGRC) will host the annual Meet and Greet morning tea events at Gundagai on Wednesday 8 February at 10am, at Council Chambers building in Sheridan Street Gundagai and in Cootamundra on Thursday 9 February at 10am, at the Town Hall Foyer in Wallendoon Street Cootamundra.
Seniors are invited to attend these events and meet with local councillors, CGRC staff and receive information on Library activities, Road Safety Initiatives, Tourism and Mosquito borne diseases.
A Seniors Expo on Thursday 9 February will be held in Gundagai at the Gundagai District Services Club commencing at 10am, presentations from Services Australia and a variety of information stalls will be there.
