Submissions will be received until 4pm Tuesday, 17 June, 2025. Any submissions received will be considered by Council prior to the plan’s endorsement. The Final plans will be presented to Council at the Ordinary Meeting scheduled to be held 24 June, 2025 for endorsement.

Members of the general public are invited to attend Council meetings and, with the prior approval of the Chair, may address Council in the Public Forum Session on specific topics listed on the Council meeting agenda. People wishing to address Council are asked to submit a Speaker Registration Form well in advance of the meeting.
Council meetings are to be conducted in accordance with the Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council Code of Meeting Practice, the Code. Amongst other things, the Code specifies that no more than two (2) speakers are permitted to speak ‘for’ or ‘against’ any item of business on the agenda. If there are more than two (2) speakers proposed on any one topic a process will need to be applied to ensure proceeding are orderly.

ORDINARY COUNCIL MEETING:
Notice is hereby given of the CGRC Ordinary Council Meeting to be held on Tuesday 27 May 2025
commencing at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers, Sheridan Street Gundagai. Refer to Council’s website for business paper.
Council wishes to advise residents across the region that weed spraying will be undertaken during the months of January 2025 to June 2025.
Notification is made in accordance with the Pesticide Regulation 1995.
Herbicide application will occur on roadsides, culverts, town & village streets & lanes, & weed control in public spaces.
Motorists are asked to be vigilant & look out for signs & spray vehicles.
