Did you know all Essential Energy customers can report faulty streetlights through our website, to help keep our communities safe?

To help ensure streets are appropriately lit, and safety for our customers within the community, Essential Energy has released a new easy-to-use online system for reporting faulty streetlights. It replaces the previous ‘Neatstreets’ system.​
